Terms of Service

1. Service Description

KeyLen AI is a professional document analysis tool (App). After you import a document, the app extracts text on your device and sends that extracted text to a cloud AI service for analysis, producing structured analysis results. KeyLen AI offers Quick Analysis and Deep Analysis modes.

2. AI-Assisted Analysis

Analysis results from KeyLen AI are AI-assisted and intended to support document understanding. They do not replace professional judgment. All financial, legal, contract, investment, or other professional analyses should be used as tools to support understanding and judgment.

3. Your Documents

You retain all rights to the documents you import. KeyLen AI processes documents only while you use the analysis features: your original PDF is never uploaded, only the extracted text is sent to the AI service, and analysis results are stored on your device. Analysis results are also stored by the KeyLen AI service, subject to the retention period described in the Privacy Policy.

4. User Responsibilities

You agree to use KeyLen AI only with documents you are authorized to use, and to comply with all applicable laws. You are responsible for decisions you make based on analysis results.

5. Prohibited Uses

You may not use KeyLen AI to: upload documents you are not authorized to use; infringe on others' rights or violate the law; attempt to disrupt, interfere with, or abuse the service; or use analysis results for automated large-scale abuse.

6. Subscriptions & Auto-Renewal (iOS)

This section applies to KeyLen AI for iOS. KeyLen AI Pro offers auto-renewable subscriptions through the Apple App Store (StoreKit). A 7-day trial is available for KeyLen AI. Subscriptions renew automatically at the selected interval unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Manage or cancel subscriptions in iOS Settings → your Apple ID → Subscriptions.

Purchases, refunds and payment administration are handled under the applicable App Store policies and processes.

7. Apple Standard Terms (iOS)

This section applies to the iOS version of KeyLen AI. These terms apply alongside Apple's App Store Terms of Use. Where there is any conflict, Apple's terms prevail for the matters they already govern.

8. Service Availability

We strive to keep the service stable and available, but do not guarantee uninterrupted or always-available service. Analysis depends on network connectivity and third-party AI services and may be affected by them.

9. Professional Judgment Responsibility

KeyLen AI provides decision support and decision readiness. It does not assume responsibility for professional judgment. You should independently verify critical information and apply your own professional judgment.

10. Disclaimer

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. Analysis results are for reference only and do not constitute legal, investment, financial, or medical advice.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, KeyLen AI shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of, or inability to use, the service.

12. Policy Updates

Updates to these terms will be posted on this page. Continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
