Deleting your data in the app

KeyLen AI has no account and no sign-in, so deletion happens on your own device, inside the app. There is no web form and no separate deletion portal.

1. One result. Open that result and use Delete on its own screen. This removes that single analysis result.
2. Everything at once. Open Settings → Delete My Data. This removes your document history, your analysis results and the usage data associated with them.

What is deleted

• Your document history in the app
• Your analysis results, both on your device and on the KeyLen AI service
• The usage data associated with them
• On the Android version, the temporary local copy the app may make while extracting text from a PDF

What is kept

A minimal subscription or purchase ownership record may remain where that is necessary to preserve purchase and entitlement integrity — so that a purchase is not lost, and cannot be transferred to another identity.

The retention periods described in the Privacy Policy cover analysis records and usage records. They do not cover this ownership record.

Subscriptions

Deleting your KeyLen AI data does not cancel a subscription you bought through a store. Subscriptions are managed by the store you bought from, not by KeyLen AI.

To cancel a subscription, use that store's subscription settings. On the iOS version, this is iOS Settings → your Apple ID → Subscriptions.

Deleting your data also does not delete any record the store itself holds.

The anonymous identifier

KeyLen AI has no account. Requests are associated with a randomly generated anonymous identifier, which does not contain your name, your email address, or other directly identifying account information.

On the iOS version, the identifier may remain in the iOS Keychain after the app is deleted.

On the Android version, the identifier is stored only for that installation and is removed when the app is uninstalled.

In both cases, if you would also like the remaining service-side data removed, use the in-app deletion option before deleting or uninstalling the app.
